Christmas break
This Christmas break I´ve done many things like, building a snowman, celebrate christmas with my family and let off rockets. But the last week I took a train to Rättvik in Dalecarlia to visit my grandpa and he’s wife Eva.
On the picture I am in a enclosed pasture with Eva’s foal, Tindra. Tindra’s mother, Prud, is standing a bit away with some other Iceland horses.
We where going to the stable to put a cover on Prud because it was minus 30 degrees Celsius and that could be cold even for an Icelandic horse with a very thick fur.
Eva is taking the photo with my camera and for the moment I don’t do anything, but before that photo was taken we where going for a walk with Tindra and I where running next to her when she trotted. After about 5 minutes we where freezing our toes off so we went back to warm up.
It was to cold to go horse riding but I will go back in the spring when the temperature hopefully is warmer.
